Hi, I'm Lindsey and I practice Rolfing Structural Integration®.
I have a background in Functional Medicine, Nutrition, and Yoga. When I found Rolfing® in 2022, I knew it would be the perfect modality to blend all of the things I love: movement, holism, wellness, and embodiment.
I have a deep respect for this work and am passionate about sharing it with our community.
