Includes pre and post evaluation. Time on table is about 60 minutes.
You will receive a reminder via text the day before your appointment.
Please provide at least a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel. Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours and missed appointments are subject to a $100 fee due at the following session.
