The Sleeve Sessions
The goal of these sessions is to loosen and balance the surface layers of the fascia.
Session 1 we will free the breath by working with the upper body, hamstrings, and hips.
Session 2 we will focus on creating support through the feet and lower legs.
Session 3 we will work the entire side line of the body to create balance between the front and back of the body.
The Core Sessions
The goal of these sessions is to create span from the pelvic floor all the way through the head.
Sessions 4-6 will be focused on creating span and balance in the pelvic floor.
In session 4, we will work the inside line of the legs to begin to establish balance through the core.
Session 5 we will work the front of the spine with the main focus being the psoas (hip flexor).
Session 6 involves the entire back side of the body, from the shoulders to the feet. The main focus of session 6 is the sacrum.
Session 7 we will focus on the head to create balance through the full length of the body.
The Integration Sessions
These sessions are meant to integrate the work we have done in the past 7 sessions.
Session 8 and 9 will involve one upper session and one lower session, depending on evaluation.
The 10th session is completely unique to the series. The goal is to bring a sense of balance and order to the entire body.
